Shaamaahs and Crystal will co-teach a very special yoga & meditation class for you to experience Oscillating on a deeper level through your own chakras. Shaamaahs, will be using Tibetan Bowls, a Shruti Box, and Karygyraa Throat Singing solo and in unison, while Crystal leads you through a chakra yoga, meditation and pranayama practice.
